Support group for aged 60+ in Rochdale. Getting older doesn’t seem to come with an instruction booklet. Many older adults suffer from issues around loneliness, grief, isolation and abuse. Support group to help clients reintegrate into society, make new friends, talk about their issues and become healthier for longer in both mind and body. The group includes, meditation, arts and crafts, outings, yoga, and events such as speakers that can offer help and advice.,
